Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of the Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairperson of Sharjah Ladies Club, the 9^th edition of Sharjah Ladies Run is set to kick off on January 20, 2024, under the theme “Run into the Galaxy”. The event will be held at Shaghrafa Ladies Park, starting from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm featuring a range of exciting and exclusive activities and offers awaiting this year’s participants.
 

In line with Her Highness’s vision, the event aims to create an energetic atmosphere and spread awareness about the importance of regular physical activity and adopting a healthy lifestyle which empowers women to play an integral role within society which aligns with Her Highness’s ongoing support for women in various fields.
 

Participants will be able to embark on a journey of wellness at the event, where “Fitness 180 Center” collaborates with “Technogym” to bring high-energy Zumba sessions, certified trainers to guide runners through warm-up exercises, as well as personalized fitness assessments to help them prepare for the run.
 

Additionally, exclusive services at the event will be provided by “Orchid Beauty Boutique” – which entails scalp and hair consultations, henna art, face painting, and hair braiding. “Dalouk Wellness Spa,” on the other hand, will be offering complimentary colour therapy consultations, massage sessions, and an exclusive 20% discount on selected services and products.
 

“Collage Talent Center”, the club’s hub of creativity and learning, will enable participants to unleash their creative flair through a candle-making workshop inspired by galaxy colours, in line with the event’s theme, whereas the “Sports Complex” will be holding an activity to help runners enhance their balance through Tennis ball balance relay.
 

Participants will also be able to recharge with healthy snacks and drinks from “Lafeef Restaurant”, as well as the multiple food vendors/vendors offering a variety of options.
 

Sharjah Ladies Run welcomes women and girls aged 12+ years to register through the club’s mobile application. Valuable insights on health and nutrition will also be shared via the club’s official social media platforms.
