Sharjah Ladies Club has become a phenomenon experience to be a part of among ladies and young girls and has been one of the leading events in Sharjah which contributed to the continued success of the event.

Sharjah Ladies Club is preparing for the eighth edition of Sharjah Ladies Run on January 14^th, 2023, which will take place in Shagrafa Ladies Park from 6PM to 10PM in an active and enthusiastic atmosphere full of challenging activities to spread awareness on the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

The run includes 5KM for female professionals, and females who are seeking enjoyment in sports and specially running. The first three winners in the 5KM race will receive valuable cash prizes. As an encouragement to Emirati girls and women to participate, the club has dedicated prizes for Emirati winners, where the total value of the prizes for all the winners of different categories is AED18,000. In addition, the winners will be presented with gifts from the sponsors of the event.

Duaa Al Mahri, Director of Corporate Communications Department at Sharjah Ladies Club, mentioned that "Sharjah Ladies Run is an significant sport and health platform that motivates and educates women on the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle in a fun and active atmosphere and encouraging all ladies and women to register in the event. 

She has also mentioned the different activities taking place during the event saying, "There will be specific places for warm-up exercises, in addition to healthy snacks and drinks, and exclusive offers provided by the club's facilities."

Sharjah Ladies Run is expected to attract a large number of participants, especially after the success it has achieved over the past years.

The event will be organized, for the first time in the Shagrafa Park for Women, which is one of the latest recreational facilities that was launched in the Emirate of Sharjah under the supervision of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority "Shurooq".        

Registration for Sharjah Ladies Run will be open for ladies and young girls aged 12+ years through our mobile application. Motivational and Nutritional tips as well as recommended exercises will also be shared on our website www.slc.ae as a preparation for the event.
