Oversees the operations of the club’s F&B outlets.
Supervise and prepare the budgets of F&B outlets that are studied based on market, performance, and capabilities.
Monitor performance of F&B outlets continuously, and suggest/implement methods of increasing revenues, decreasing costs and thereby increasing the outlets’ profit margins.
Assist in setting the overall F&B strategies in line with the corporate strategies and set action plans to achieve them.
Assist in setting the yearly promotional and marketing strategy for the F&B outlets.
Closely monitor staff turnover and supervise all staff issues related to the department.
Maximize resources by proposing developmental plans in terms of operations, renovations, projects and events, and supervise them through completion.
Works closely with Business Management, Media and Marketing for promotions.
Ensure that the F&B department is working with the market trends.
Job Requirments
Bachelor’s in business management, minor in hospitality management.
Business administration or finance background.
5 years and above as F&B Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Experience managing staff, budgets, and restaurant operations. Solid understanding of restaurant service standards and hygiene regulations.
Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
