Job Description
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
Manage social media accounts with a focus on engagement, storytelling, and trend adoption.
Run paid ads (Google, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) to drive leads and bookings with a minimum ROAS of 3:1.
Implement SEO & Google Maps optimization for all SLC facilities.
Track KPIs: leads, conversions, CTR, ROI, and app engagement.
Support facility-level marketing requests
Create reports with insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Job Requirments
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or GA4 preferred.
1–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
Ability to create and manage email and SMS campaigns.
Strong understanding of content creation trends (reels, stories, UGC, influencer collaboration).
Experience in Digital campaigns, landing pages, and CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
Creative mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Strong understanding of luxury/wellness brand positioning.
Up-to-date with the latest digital trends and AI-powered marketing tools.
Must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
