Job Description
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Manage social media accounts with a focus on engagement, storytelling, and trend adoption.
  • Run paid ads (Google, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) to drive leads and bookings with a minimum ROAS of 3:1.
  • Implement SEO & Google Maps optimization for all SLC facilities.
  • Track KPIs: leads, conversions, CTR, ROI, and app engagement.
  • Support facility-level marketing requests
  • Create reports with insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Job Requirments
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or GA4 preferred.
  •  1–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  •  Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  •  Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
  •  Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Ability to create and manage email and SMS campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content creation trends (reels, stories, UGC, influencer collaboration).
  •  Experience in Digital campaigns, landing pages, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong understanding of luxury/wellness brand positioning.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital trends and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
