Hiking Guidelines and Safety Measures:  

 - Hiking shoes are a must for ankle safety

 - Wear durable hiking pants and breathable shirts. Avoid clothes that could tear easily or get punctured, like soft leggings

 - Carrying at least 3 liters of water is a must

 - Comfortable backpack to carry the water and snacks 

 - Sunglasses, cap, towel, and a change of clothes for after the hike
