  • Participation is open to all female residents of the UAE aged between 18 - 40 years.
  • Participants must follow the specific art categories set by the organizers.
  • The participant pledges that  submitted artworks are original creations and not copied or taken from others. Any violation will result in full legal responsibility.
  • Political subjects must be avoided.
  • Avoid content that may cause religious conflict and ensure the artworks align with and respect community values. 
  • Sharjah Ladies Club and Collage Talent Center have the right to use the participant’s name, photos, and artworks description for publication and documentation.
  • The organizers reserve the right to reject any entry without providing a justification.
  • The participants retains full intellectual property rights to their work.
  • Participants may sell their artworks during the exhibition. Sharjah Ladies Club and Collage Talent Center shall not be responsible for any payments, packaging, or delivery after the sale. 
  • Unsold artworks must be collected on the last day of the exhibition. If they are not collected within one week, they will become the property of Sharjah Ladies Club and Collage Talent Center, and the participant will no longer have the right to claim them.
  • The final date for participation is October 11th, 2025
