Everyone here at the Sharjah Ladies Club truly believes in the importance of women's sports and encouraging its development within the community. Through the Women Sports Department (WSD), we discover and nurture local talent to compete in local, Arab and international tournaments. By working closely with local schools and children and youth centers, we’re helping to find the champions of tomorrow.

Vision
To continuously provide a safe and stimulating environment for appropriate achievements in the field of women sport.

Mission
To raise awareness about women's sports and to prepare a generation of women with skills to be able to meet the future physical and mental fitness challenges in order for them to achieve the expected accomplishments at the local, regional and international level.

Management Objectives

• Compose and construct a real and effective partnership between the Women Sports Department in the club and all its sections in Sharjah such as the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, Educational Institutions and sports and medical councils.
• Support and provide the necessary support to all developing programs financially and morally.
• Develop the program to update the level of women’s sports in society and their participation in clubs and sports teams and national teams.
• Increase community awareness about the importance of women's sport.
• Increase participation of girls and women of all groups in sport activities.
• Discuss ways to increase funding.
