Emirate Competencies Promoted for Leadership positions In Sharjah Ladies Club

Sharjah Ladies Club announced a number of promotions on several leadership positions in various departments, under the management of SLC director Khawla Al Serkal, in order to give reliable competencies in leading various departments under complete professionalism and dedication.

“Islamic Arts” Workshops Held at SLC

The Art & Educational Center at Sharjah Ladies Club held several “Islamic Arts” workshops, 3 years in a row, and that is within the activities of the 15^th Sharjah Islamic Arts festival, organized by Arts Management at the Sharjah Department of Culture and Information. The workshops included various types of Islamic arts presented by artist Forouzan Amiri; with proficient experience in the Art (painting) teaching.

Winter Sports Camp at SLC - 2012

The Sports Department at Sharjah Ladies Club, organized a “Winter Sports Camp” for children which continued for a period of 3 weeks. The event included several activities such as water polo games, cooking, glide and slide, fun on ice, and weekly trips at various places. The program aims to develop technical skills, sports, social and educational skills for children in an atmosphere of fun during the winter holiday.

Her Excellency Sheikha Bodour Al Qassimi Attends Ice Skating Show At Sharjah Ladies Club

Under the patronage of the Wife of the Ruler of Sharjah, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohamed Al Qassimi, Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, Chairperson of Sharjah Ladies Club. With the presence of Her Excellency Sheikha Bodour Bint Sultan Al Qassimi, Vice Chairperson of Sharjah Ladies Club, the SLC held its annual ice skating show “Little Mermaid” on ice. The event is sponsored by Ice-watch and Lifestyle Fine Jewelry. The event was attended by Noura Al Noman, Director General of the Executive office of HH Sheikha Jawaher Al Qassimi, along with Khawla Al Serkal, Director of Sharjah Ladies Club, and a number of vips and managers of governmental institutes.

SLC Celebrating 41st National Day - Beladi

Sharjah Ladies Club Celebrated the 41^st UAE National day with its “Beladi” event, sponsored by Sharjah Islamic Bank and Watani, which included several activities held all over the club, a parade by Basateen Preschool Center, a mini bazaar as well as a children’s playground zone.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

Charges are based and quoted on the mentioned minimum guaranteed number of attendees and the corresponding requirements entailed.
Charges will be amended in case of an increase in the turnout number of guests and the requirements that follow accordingly and are payable to SLC on the day of the event.
The due rate will be charged by SLC whether the maximum number of invitees attended or not.
SLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bookings of function that may damage SLC reputation or affect its security and / or business operations.
The client assumes the responsibility for any damages or breakages in the SLC venue or properties as a consequence of construction work, setups or dismantling work undertaken by the client, guests or companies hired by the client. This applies to sites located inside or outside SLC premises.
The client pays an insurance rate of AED 5000 for any damages that might arise as a consequence of this event.
SLC will not be held accountable for unexpected damages of the client’s or guests’ properties before, during or after the event.
Fireworks, candles, rose guns or colored water are not allowed within the SLC premises.
SLC has the right to suspend the installation of decoration items or equipment that may impose potential threats to the event or guests.
Booking shall be placed 60 days prior to the event. SLC has the right to release the booking if no confirmation was made during the 45 days that precede the event.
The booking is held tentatively and will only be confirmed after an advance payment of 50% of the total bill.
The remaining amount of the overall bill is to be paid one week before the event by maximum.

Booking Cancellation:

In case of a booking cancellation, an amount of 50% of the deposit will be returned to the client.
In case of a booking cancellation within 60 days prior to the event, 10% of the total bill shall be paid to SLC.
In case of a booking cancellation within 30 days prior to the event, 50% of the total bill shall be paid to SLC.
In case of a booking cancellation within 15 days prior to the event, 75% of the total bill shall be paid to SLC.
In case of a cancelling hall booking one day prior to the event, 100% of the total bill shall be paid to SLC.
