Liability:

  • The prices are based and quoted on the above mentioned minimum guaranteed number of attendees and requirements, for any extra guest or additional requirement from the booker or instructor, extra charges will be applied accordingly.

 

  • Sharjah Ladies Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function that may damage reputation or may affect its business or security.

 

  • The client assumes responsibility for any damages arising as a consequence of construction work, set-ups and dismantling work in any parts of the venue in and out the club premises and any club equipment used

 

  • The client shall pay the amount equivalent to the cost of any club property loss and damage.

 

  • The club is not responsible for any unexpected damages in banquet halls.

 

  • The booking should be placed 60 days minimum before the event. The club has the right to release the booking if no confirmation received 45 days before the date of the event.

 

  • The booking is hold as tentative and will be confirmed only after a deposit of 50% of the estimated total bill.

 

  • 50% of the estimated bill is paid upon booking confirmation and the remaining amount to be paid one week before the event.

Booking Cancellation:

 

  • For any cancelation only 50% of the deposit will be returned back to the guest

 

  • Within 30 days prior to the event, 50% of the total estimated bill shall be paid to SLC.

  • Within 15 days prior to the event, 75% of the total estimated bill shall be paid to SLC.

 

  • Within one day prior to the event, 100% of the total estimated bill shall be paid to SLC
