Gift Certificates

Are available and valid for six months for all Orchid Treatments.

Reservations

We recommend you book prior to your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.

Check in

Arrive at the Orchid reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time.

Hours

Open daily from 9am-9pm & Friday from 3pm to 9pm. Our last treatment finishes at 9:00pm. Please note: Smoking within Orchid is prohibited.

Valuables

Management is not responsible for the loss of any kind of valuables brought into Orchid premises.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule cancelled appointments, subject to availability. Unfortunately, your appointment will be deducted from your package if you fail to show up or if you cancel less than 4 hours before your treatment.

Refund Policy

Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non- exchangeable.
