Dalouk Spa Policy

Reservation:

Prior reservation of your treatment is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

Payment:

Payments can be made in cash, Visa, and Master Card only.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• A 1-day cancellation notice is required to allow the rescheduling of appointments.
• If an appointment is not confirmed by the client 1 day prior to the booking date, the appointment will be cancelled.
• If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within less than the minimum required period of 4 hours, the full treatment charge will be applied as a deduction of a purchased package.
• Late arrival will affect the treatment time but not its content or elements.

Arrival:

To avoid reduced treatment time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Valuables:

Management will not be held accountable for the loss of the client’s properties within Dalouk Spa premises.

Gift Certificates:

Available and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Children:

Dalouk Spa aims to provide a calm sanctuary for you, a place to relax and be indulged. Therefore, children are not permitted in the Spa.

Refund Policy:

Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Smoking:

Dalouk Spa is a smoke-free facility.

Etiquette:

To ensure that guests enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of our spa, we respectfully request that noise is kept to a minimum. Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged.

Special Consideration:

Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant, or suffer from other medical complications should consult their doctor before engaging in any spa service. Please communicate your medical conditions to our spa therapist.
