School-Age Holiday Fun Program

The Art & Educational Center at Sharjah Ladies Club has introduced something new for kids; the School-Age Holiday Fun Program. It allows children to spend their holiday time involved with doing fun and entertaining activities, while learning at the same time. They’ll make new friends, learn new things, and discover new talents that will boost their confidence.

For children aged 4-9 years, the fun starts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during school holidays.

With the help of play leaders, children are encouraged to plan and make their own art and craft work, take part in sports such as swimming, or enjoy some quiet time reading or playing educational computer games.

The classes are conducted by Sherryl Osterloh, a registered Royal Academy of Dance teacher with 15 years of experience, who has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Degree in Dance Education from the University of Surrey in the UK.

The ballet academic year runs from September to April, and prepares children for the Royal Academy of Dance examinations.
